An experience I would recommend to any mom and dad to be. Very informative and giving you all the right tools to bring your baby into the world in as peaceful a way as possible.

We both left feeling empowered for the birth of our first child, knowing that we understand the process and how to navigate it together instead of being blindsided on the day. We now know what is best for us and our child and how to advocate for ourselves.
