The hotel is actually pretty nice, it's clean, new, and the staff is friendly. The wifi is completely useless though, less than 1mbit/s the entire time we were there. And they have wired internet that just doesn't work at all. The staff couldn't really do anything about it, other than tell me they weren't getting complaints, and that they're equipment was new. So here's your complaint. Also, new equipment doesn't do anything if you're not paying for service adequate enough to cover your guest load. Internet service isn't an amenity in hotels any more, it's expected.
