They took funds for a service not rendered. If you try to contact them, they won t return messages or phone calls. Keith Caldwell, CEO, reached out to me and promised to take my case in front of the board for a refund but now has disappeared and won t return my messages as to status of my refund. They have hundreds of families wondering where their refunds are yet, no one can answer this question. I suggest choosing another club/organization other than this one as they are not good people to do business with and I HIGHLY advise you to NEVER give them your credit card information! High dissatisfied. Contacted the BBB AND attorneys general already, waiting to hear back on my refund. They delete social media posts, threads on the personal app we use for team communications, they are stopping at nothing. Sam Stacey sends generic emails with no actual answers, just dances around the questions. Do not do business with them!
