The reps at this 516 # are horrible, rude unprofes...

The reps at this 516 # are horrible, rude unprofessional. You never get someone on the phone, all the prompts"never go through". You try a million more #'s and still no resolution. The reps talk among themselves with other conversations besides the one your calling about if you do get through. Its like this for the longest time! Absolute Horrible. I dont want to even give them 1 star but it will not let me post my review without clicking on 1 star!
