We are still waiting for an answer about 4 entries...

We are still waiting for an answer about 4 entries that we had for a year ago, in full confinement due to the circumstances in which the country finds itself, a COVID pandemic. They do not give us the possibility of going to another show or refund of the Amount, they do not answer the mail and therefore they do not give us a solution in this regard. Shameful!!!
I am in favor of supporting culture at this time and always (as I usually do) but they have to give an answer, be serious and formal, they are not forms! It is clear that I will not return to this theater or recommend it.
