It's an old hotel, which I usually like. However, it's getting a bit seedy, and doesn't provide enough value for the money in my estimation. The elevators are *very* noisy, making an entire corner of the hotel pretty uncomfortable. The noise woke me up a couple times and I had to move rooms the next day. It's good that I could do that, but bad that I had to do that. If you stay here, ask for a room as far away from the elevators as possible. They also couldn't seem to manage to communicate with my company in spite of several requests, so I had to pay the bill out of my own pocket. At something like $300/night (once you add in the taxes and fees), that's a nontrivial amount of money to cary for the month it will take to get the reimbursement. Would rather stay somewhere that was more accommodating about things like company billing.
