Overnight our trip came with both a spa department and a buffet dinner. There were a few hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool and a larger, larger pool in the spa area. The cold pool would be a good addition to our selection.
The buffet dinner was a disappointment for both food and serving. We got the waiter's attention to the table during the steering and ended the interest in the service. We thought we would go unpaid when it didn't seem to be worth the money how we tried to get the waitress to come to us.
The customer service was great and the rooms were comfortable, making it a big plus!
For guests staying in the parking area (10e days) I do not understand that parking should be included in the room rate.
