As a professional, I am very disturbed and upset with the level of service this company provides to their customers. On a property level, the management team is rude, disorganized, and not pleasant to work with. At the corporate level, there is not visibility or empathy from the leadership team. When I called to express the issues that I was having and why I decided to not lease an apartment home with their company, Ariel, an employee in the Operations Department, was very defensive and provided no empathy towards my poor experience. The was not the 1st time I reached out to my company with my concerns; I received no response the prior times that I called. I was hoping to reach a resolution with this phone call but she ended it with saying that "My complaints do not matter because I am not a tenant." I have reason to believe that tenants are also having similar issues. Its a shame because I really liked the community but I refuse to live somewhere with rude, shady managers.
