Appalling customer service.

Appalling customer service.
I made an order for a large desk, I know its busy as many people are trying to start working from home during this crisis, however;
I ordered the item and immediately received an email saying the money had been taken and that id receive email of shipping confirmation shortly. 4 days later no email.
spent over 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer service with no joy.
I tried the sales option and they answered inside 20 seconds.
I asked if the desk i had ordered was in stock which the lady replied affirmative.
I then queried where my order was up to, she quickly back tracked and said the item was actually just out of stock and if I wanted a refund I'd get a call back from the customer service team the same day... It's now 3 days later. Such bad customer service and lying about stock to get new orders is appalling!
