If you live in South Florida and own a home or a condo, do not use Service America as your service provider for home appliance repair, flood service, etc. They are the most inept group of people you will ever deal with. They do not respond to service calls, they cannot guarantee that a technician can come to your home to address your service needs, they send you plumbers when what you really need is an appliance technician, and they do not care about their customers. You will be wasting your time and money on these fools. Before your use them, google them and read all of their reviews. Just check out their FaceBook page, nothing but bad reviews because they suck.
