Horrible Business DO NOT USE THEM!!!! THEY ARE WORSE THAN COMCAST!!!!

So much to say..... constant miscommunication within the company. (The right hand does not know what the left is doing) Worst customer service!!!! They think people sit home Monday to Friday waiting for them. They cancel appointments regularly and never call to inform you. They forget to bring parts. Then apparently there are levels of technicians and sometimes 3-4 people come out before the problem gets fixed. Plus the $50 fee they try and charge over and over again even for the same service issue. They are scam artists and criminals and I suggest you all report them to the BBB. Does anyone know of a better alternative as i am going to cancel my contracts with them and move over to some other company some that knows how to put customers first!
