We are held hostage by Time Warner. If we cancel our TV "service," which is a sick joke, our internet costs will skyrocket. If we did not rely on the internet home service, I would stop all our business with this pathetic, unreliable company. The only channels that work on a regular basis are the basic ones, which are not worth watching, and the premium shows are usually "unavailable" owing to the unreliable reception.

Tompkins County needs an alternate source of internet.Time Warner is crap (no pardons for my French).

I am infuriated that this review service automatically gave Time Warner a positive rating despite the fact that I gave it a negative one.
