This cemetery sends out advertisements disguised to look like they're coming from the government. It's an envelope where you open it by tearing off the sides noting "Important Information About Your Social Security Benefits" with an anonymous PO box as the return address. If this is their marketing, I can only imagine what their contracts are like.
