Check in took 45 minutes. Once we finally checked in and got to the room, we turned the lights on and a TON of German cockroaches scurried down the wall and over the coffee pot. I m at disgusted. So we took out things and went down to the lobby. Waited ANOTHER 45 minutes in the lobby. We booked at the Double Tree Hilton during our wait (beautiful hotel) because we didn t want to sleep with roaches crawling all over us. We said we simply wanted a refund and that we were leaving. We were told by Krist at the front desk I ll send an email and they will discuss your refund in the morning . You will discuss my refund in the morning!?!? Your hotel has a cockroach infestation!!!! I am SO disappointed in this hotel. This is ridiculous
