Disgusting company! The price of my paid ticket was put on a coupon after their telephone clerk said there was no possibility of a refund. This was subsequently admitted to be untrue - they were misinformed. I asked that if they had already been kindly informed, and even deducted the handling fee (a nice little fictitious fee) for the "rewrite" to the coupon, at least the remaining amount would be refunded, which would cost them nothing.
