Had a claim. They would not sit down to adjust scope of work. Refused to acknowledge the claim. After fighting for 2 months they stated "it was a covered claim" Then they refused to pay for the work to repair the building. There customer service is terrible. They systematically discouraged me from asking questions. When I sent questions in writing they would not respond. Only time I got any responses was when I filed a complaint with the IL department of Insurance. Then they only did enough to state that they could say they had responded. The second time I got a response was when I filed a law suit against them. The state should put them out of business. They are the definition of fraud. Don't think because you pay them premiums that you have insurance. They will do anything to not pay a fair claim. Notice that the only good reviews come from their employees.
