Had a spa day with my sister in law- staff were helpful & kind; and treatments were amazing. I had an hour long facial which was so relaxing. There were a few negatives though; like the ciabatta we had with lunch were so hard we couldn't bite into them; the pool was too cold! And the room you wait in for your treatment was absolutley freezing. I was shivering! There was one electric heater in there but it just wasn't producing any heat. I would definitely go again because the treatments were so good- but I would hope the heating would have been sorted by then!
