The moment this surveyor entered my property he was rude. They lacked general knowledge, guessed the weight of hundreds of blocks that were in fact 3 times heavier, no practical knowledge, no theoretical knowledge, no building material knowledge, & absolutely no structural engineering knowledge. They do not follow directions. They would not answer questions that were put to them twice. Their response is truly shocking & I will be making a full complaint to their Regulatory Body. I would suggest if you value your property not to use this firm. You would fail to get the responses you need to either decide on purchasing a property or investigate a problem with your property.
