Most important is for me to thank the staff at Pemi-Baker, especially, in sequential order of time, Lauren, Ernie, Dedee and Matt. These people were very professional, knowledgeable and encouraging. Having spent a lot of time with both Lauren, Dedee and Matt because they saw me after the surgeries of both knee replacements; I felt they were all very competent and capable. I liked the the fact that Lauren always called a short time before she arrived, Ernie made me feel like it was easy for him to spend time on the phone with any questions and Dedee and Matt were always supportive and technically sharp. Can't say enough good about this (and always pleasant Karen, at the switchboard) staff. The equipment and facilities were always clean and in good shape too. Overall, the experience was excellent.
