The treatment I received from Jay at Align Body Clinic has been absolutely first class. I signed up for a consultation after a recommendation from my partner - she was fed up with my complaining and told me to do something about it!

Over the course of a few months, Jay has sorted out the discomfort and pain I had in my neck and shoulders. I had forgotten what normal was, so although I could cope with it before, I feel so much better now. Jay has also taught me how to manage the strength imbalances in my body, so I can now thank him for getting me more active as well!

Jay is a fantastic osteopath and a lovely bloke with a cracking sense of humour. I'd recommend his clinic to anyone and, although I hope I won't have to, I'd have no hesitations returning for more treatment if needed.
