I'm not quick to write a review, but I just have to. In a word, worthless mortgage lender. People beware! If you are a civil servant, the IKB will not be included, new disaggregated employer's statement was again not accepted. Even an explanation from the employer / municipality was not accepted.
All other documents were accepted, nothing stood in the way of a mortgage. I think they are obliged to bring along, according to the rules, that is structural income. Switched, on principle, to another mortgage lender. Smells like NOT WILLING to provide a mortgage to me. I can't make it otherwise, unfortunately.
