Some staff are really a disaster. Sometimes they even just try to close the store earlier than the indicated opening times and you have to literally start negotiating to be allowed inside. You can clearly see that people first think of themselves (staff) and only then the customer. A few cashiers are friendly.

Quality of the fresh fruit and vegetables is very bad, you have to search between the loose fruit to undamaged / not overripe products. Furthermore, the store has an illogical layout and the hygiene is not really great either. Further; dirty and poorly maintained coffee machines, baskets never stand at the entrance (you have to pick them up at the checkout), when the ATM cash machine disappeared from the store and everyone wanted to check-out at the checkout, the first month became very weird and grumpy responded to.
