I recently contracted Tarheel Basement Systems to fix my flooding problem in my mountain house on Bald Mountain in Banner Elk. Never would I ever have thought I'd have a flooding problem as my house is sitting on the top of a ridge with water only being able to go down hill. However, I have really learned agreat deal about sources of flooding and other potential hazards associated with uncontrolled water flow from Tarheel Engineers.
All of the emoloyees who helped me from the estimating process to helping me prepare for my project as well as those workers who performed the work were so thorough, knowledgeable and considerate to deal with. They have gone way out of there way to make sure I have been comfortable with their preparation to ease the impact of the contruction process and have convinced me that their goal is make sure they do an excellent job on my project, make my flooding issue gone, and leave my house in a condition better than they found it.
My hat's off to Geoff Kelley, the estimator engineer; Henry Hacker, my job supervisor; and his co-workers, Jeff and Charlie, who all were the finest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
I have been through three house renovations before as well as new house construction. Never have I been so impressed with the dedication, manners and courtesy, and delivery of promises, the lack of which is the number 1 issue of contempt between all customers and their contractors, as I experienced with these fine gentlemen. They all were exceptionally awesome!
Having this project done during the Christmas Holidays was the greatest Christmas present I have ever received!
