I ordered two struts for my Acura MDX. I received ...

I ordered two struts for my Acura MDX. I received them and one was in a damaged box. I tried to install them and it turns out they sent the wrong part/ they gave me one that was correct and one that is for a Honda Ridgeline ...

So now I have a car that is missing a strut and inoperable. I go to the website and there is no contact information, no phone number and no email. I have to request a return and once it s shipped, they will send me the right part.

I go to drop it off at fedex and they won t take it as the box has a hole in it (it came that way). What now?? Anyone have any tips? Better business bureau? Get the credit card company involved?

I have ordered from them in the past and they did fine. This is a disaster though. How many weeks will I be out a car?
