I placed an order on Saturday (1/25/2020) due to the desired tires not being in stock and returned on Monday (1/27/2020) requesting a refund. There had been no work done on my vehicle, the full balance was paid as a deposit for the tires. The refund had to faxed to corporate to be approved . I was asked to call back several times as my name did not appear on their spreadsheet. When I was called back, I was asked for my credit card number so they could apply my refund. Overall it took 10 days to return my funds that it took once swipe to take.

1/27/2020: Requested Refund on
2/3/2020: Received a phone call from Tire Discounters requesting my credit card number (really!)
2/6/2020: Full Refund provided
