First - I want to rate the company as a whole with an excellent score as well as the technician that was sent to my house - Jeff L. was very courteous, professional, upfront with estimates, no hidden surprises pop up after he gets here, effecient with his time and left my bathroom with out a mess to clean up.
However, I was disappointed on how many times my service appointment was rescheduled. Not convenient for me and my work schedule.
Positive outcome was they owned the break in communication and sent someone over on day I was expecting them to show up. And I appreciate the calls ahead of time to let me know when to expect the technican to arrive. Did I mention he was prompt too? Thanks A#1 Air!
