I really wish I could give this hotel a lower then...

I really wish I could give this hotel a lower then 1 star rating. Nothing was as advertised. Staff seemed to be a mix of dangerously under trained and sadly under motivated.

WIFI not only was it $12 dollars a day but during my stay it flickered between not working and barely working. Loading the Google homepage was a 3-5 minute wait. When I addressed it with your staff I was just told that was the way it was. Burger King has functioning FREE WIFI I would hope that if I am made to pay for it at least it would work.

Water Park was a disappointment when I took my family there half of it was shut down and I was told it was because no guests wanted to use it.....this despite standing there as a guest asking to use it. Oh the shut down water park I of course got to pay for the right to use that to.
