I was on the hunt for a door handle for my sliding glass door that was installed 6 years ago. They went thru all their stock items and found just the right handle for my door which they gave to me without charge. I say this is a business that goes above and beyond the norm. Thanks so much to Shanda. (May not be the right name) but a fine young mother that works there with her baby.
