As a customer, I found the investment options to be quite diverse and the website was easy to navigate. However, I wish there was more personalized support and guidance available for new investors. The lack of a dedicated customer service line made it difficult to get timely assistance when needed. The educational resources were helpful, but more interactive tools or webinars would have been beneficial. Overall, my experience was average. With a few improvements in customer support and more interactive resources, the company could have a more positive impact on its clients' investing journey. 🙂
