They sent invoices to an address I never had to deal with when I then get the post about 2 months later correct and claim this so I am called stupid in the head by their manager and the only ones she repeats is why I did not pay on time? How should they be able to do so if they can't even write the correct Census Address .... ???

In my previous company as a customer for invoice / debt collection, they had every disaster and they destroyed an innumerable customer relationship of being unpleasant and nonchalant towards the customers.
