Brought a senior client in for a cat bite so far h...

Brought a senior client in for a cat bite so far here 2 hours and she is anxious.So far one of the techs told her she could leave its her choice,no empathy for her anxiousness same with the nurse Sarah I think these professionals need a lesson on proffeaionalism and caring.
