If you do go forward with them make sure everything said is evidenced in writing, ensure you are provided with a contract before commencing any placement. Confirm rate payable gross and net, and confirm agency fee.

I was rushed into a placement, which the locations offered changed multiple times. Agent lied and misrepresented information to over the phone and then subsequent forwarded documents that had different terms.

Complaints are ignored for as long as possible.

Very difficult to speak with members of the team, as they are too often, as I was told, in meetings. If you do speak with someone don't expect a rationale conversation.

Complaints, when dealt with, only provided the agency opportunity to address and rephrase there shortcomings and not rectify the issue at hand.

In my experience I had my rate significantly reduced from that which I was informed it would be. Additionally, the agent lied about me having full DBS Clearance.

Ultimately a very unpleasant experience dealing with this company.

Unfortunate that the agency were so terrible as the placement I was provided with was rather enjoyable.

Though, mea culpa, I should have recognised that things would not have been plain sailing when
the agent asked for a review and recommendation before ever commencing the first placement.

There are more transparent and trustworthy alternatives available.
