The employees are all polite and helpful, but the facilities are extremely overrated. The website pictures make everything look so much nicer than it really is. Pools and cabana areas are overcrowded. Cabanas(aka double chase lounge with a cover) give you a view of another cabana, unless you pay an extra fee to be able to see the water. All cabanas are about 2 feet apart and people are constantly walking over you.
Paddleboat ride is an adventure as everyone was running aground and you had to jump out to move your boat and other people boats off the obstacles.
Everything is an extra charge. We paid almost $600 a night for 2 room suite that was poorly updated.

My favorite was the Smores fire. So they have a line for skewers You get your marshmellows, melt them and then turn your skewer in so the next person can get a turn. The experience is nothing like the website suggests...sitting and relaxing by the bonfire.

The worst part is they kept trying to get us to sign up for seminar for some sort of timeshare/vacation experience. We got calls on our cell phones and room phones. At check in they tried...seriously we just wanted to go to the beach and relax.
In the end we left early and would not try them again. Overcrowded and overpriced.
UPDATE...They still keep calling us to sell us a vacation. 9:00 at night. Ridiculous! Would never recommend this resort. There are so many much nicer resorts in the area.
