I've now bought and sold a home with Terrence. Yes, he knows the local market as well as anyone, he can run through the real estate process in his sleep, his team and him are incredibly responsive, and he could negotiate a dog off a meat truck. The main reason I went with Terrence in 2012 and now in 2019 is that Terrence understands and values the importance of reputation. This causes him to put your interest first, whether it is deciding the level to price the home, what updates need to be made, what concerns come back after inspection, or what prices and points to focus on in negotiating. Whether buying or selling, the focus was on my goals and getting me the best price, not earning him a quick commission. I've now bought and sold with Terrence and wouldn't recommend anyone else in and around BCS
