My nurse was amazing! He took care of me and if it wasn't for him I would have rated this a one star. As for the hospital, with the pandemic you would assume cleaning would be a priority but nope. The parking garage was gross filled with trash and vomit. The waiting room looked like it hasn't been cleaned for days with tissue and trash on the chairs. Every trash been was over flowing which made me want to question if they maintained cleanliness. I even saw a worker put "dirt" pens back in the "clean" bin without cleaning them. Normally that wouldn't bug me, but this is a hospital that helps sick patients in a pandemic.
