I moved to the Buffalo area from down south and had been looking for a job for 5 months. I saw an ad for Selective Staffing and decided to give them a call. They where very proffessional and my recruiter, Stefanie, was great. She made me feel like she really cared about finding me a job. Not just any job though, a job that would be a lasting fit. One that would benifit both sides, the employer and the job seeker. The end result was a wonderful job with great people that has room to move up in and grow as a career.
