A & D is a caring organization with a desire to served your loved ones. I've met a lot of employees of A & D in management and believe them to be very sincere in their desire to see your loved ones receive the best care possible. A & D has private duty, the Saginaw P.A.C.E. Program, the waver program, and hospice. I think it would be worth your while to look into their services. You may not need to go into a nursing facility. Having a home health aide is way more personal and meaningful.
