Just plain rude.

Just plain rude.
I have dealt with many big companies in my career and sometimes you can do business and sometimes you can not, but there is absolutely no place in business for unprofessional-ism and rudeness. In my personal life I have a large circle of friends that I socialise with so I know I have a likeable personality, which posses the question - why would you feel it necessary to be so rude? Maybe I just caught your member of staff on the wrong day, but I wished I hadn't wasted my time dealing with CBW. To then get blamed for something that was their mistake was the final straw. I will avoid them from now unless it is absolutely necessary.
