Satisfied with the first cleaning until we noticed...

Satisfied with the first cleaning until we noticed that someone had cracked the display on our dishwasher and that no diodes or buttons worked. Because it must have taken a lot of force to break the display, the person must have noticed this when it happened, but no one informed us, but instead they left it like that and tried to go dark.
Contact customer service who says that they have talked to the regional manager who does not intend to take any responsibility for having broken our dishwasher. No dishwasher technician available until 1.5 months later, will we need to do the dishes in 1.5 months after hiring a cleaning company?

Spends about 5 hours unscrewing and troubleshooting the dishwasher and orders new spare parts by chance. The machine works but the plastic details around the display are still cracked.
Following a threat of a police report and a lawsuit, the regional manager agrees to pay the cost of the spare parts, but still sends out the entire invoice for their cleaning. No compensation whatsoever for the extra work it meant to us after they were here; with 3 days of hand washing and dishwasher parts throughout the kitchen, had to pursue a case against their customer service m.m. And the fact that they have broken our things and not taken any responsibility for this is reconciled after several days of fuss and threats of police reporting!

Do not hire, as long as you do not want to hand wash yourself and buy new appliances and quarrel with customer service for several days.

Accidents happen, but a company that does not take responsibility when the accident has occurred is not something you want in your home.
