First of all, forgive my informal user account. I would like to clarify something that Cody Lewis said in his review, and dispel anything that he said that was incorrect, or inaccurate. In the Information Technology program, in which I am involved, people are held to a certain degree of professionalism. After all, TEC prioritizes professionalism, and enforces it in each of it's classes respectively. Therefore, different classes have different standards. The Cosmetology program, for one example, contains many students with dyed hair, and that's appropriate for that job. In information Technology, a program where students are trained to work with Computer Users, from small businesses to even large corporations, to troubleshoot and protect computer systems. This, as many can guess, requires the student to develop a certain degree of maturity, which is not shown by oddly colored hair, or large earrings. Students in the IT program are told from the beginning of the year that these things would not be tolerated a few weeks after school started, and would have to be taken care of soon, for example, dying your hair a normal shade, and/or removing earrings/finding more appropriate ones. If the student decided to not follow these clear set rules, their daily grade would be affected, and they would not be allowed to work in the Help Desk support area. With regards to the education side of things, both instructors are more than willing to help, the student need only ask. This was the case with a student in my very own class who was falling behind, and not understanding the material. So, my teacher sat down with him and helped him through the sections he was doing poorly on. I cannot speak personally to Cody's case, however I find it difficult to believe that the teachers would strictly bias against him, even with his constant rule-breaking due to his decisions regarding appearance and attitude.

My experience in TEC has been wonderful. I've met a lot of friends from different schools, and have been enjoying the IT program as a whole, including the material, as I am very passionate about computers, and helping others. I would recommend not only the IT program, but TEC as a whole, due to the amazing possibilities you have there. Five out of Five stars :^)
