I purchased new floor mats for my X5 a few months ...

I purchased new floor mats for my X5 a few months ago. Over the past few weeks, the drivers side mat had some issues with the velcro that made it stick. When I went into BMW, Chase Hosmer went above and beyond to help me out. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied, so he replace my drivers side mat with a brand new one. Thank you, Chase, for helping me out! You are one of many reasons that I'll continue to be a BMW fan!
