I contacted this Lincoln dealership about a recall...

I contacted this Lincoln dealership about a recall on my Lincoln. Once I finally got to the service manager, he was a complete (insert D word here). Not only was he very snippy with me about asking questions, he lied about the time it would take and just was NOT understanding in general. He was so rude that I ended up calling Hines Park Lincoln where the staff was understanding and took me through the process. Needless to say, I would NEVER suggest anyone to go to the Novi Lincoln Dealer. I'm sure they're nice if you're buying a vehicle but not expect much from the service people here.
