This company is top notch! We had an emergency call in to them for a clogged main sewer line. Ray (our plumbing expert and all around great guy) was extremely friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. He stayed after clearing it and made sure that everything was working properly before he left. We received phone calls from their dispatch throughout the day updating us as to the status of our service call and Ray even called us before he got here to make sure that we were ok or needed anything! That is excellent service! Since this was our first time dealing with Gold Medal, we will sure to contact these folks again!
