Think about whether you can trust Gold Medal Service by looking at the photos. Even if my wife calls them several times, the technology doesn't come at the appointed time. When I call the office, they just tell me to wait.

The attached photos are those after a temporary fix by a technician yesterday (7/10).

I explain about the attached picture.

First picture: it's been fixed temporarily. Tear it like that and tell it to use the air conditioner until the parts arrive (about two weeks). Is there any problem with dust going in there?

2nd picture: Ice formed on the refrigerant pipe and ripped like this. But they don't fix it.

3rd picture: Technician temporarily fixed it and said it could be used without any problems for 2 weeks. However, the Thermostat screen turns off after 2 to 3 hours and the air conditioner is not working.

Update (7/11/2020)

Technician came today (7/11) but the air conditioner still doesn't work.

The air conditioner seemed to be working for a while and then stopped again a while later. Technician says there's nothing more to do. Another technician will come and fix it on Monday.

When I went up to the attic after Technician left, the silver air passage (?) was more torn.(Comparison with the first picture.)

And I found something else.

There was no filter installed on this lennox air handler. See 5th and 6th pictures

Did they think the customer wouldn't know this? Gold Medical Service is not professional.

If your air conditioner is installed by Gold Medal Service, make sure that the filter is installed.

I never recommend this company. If you want to have a cool summer.
