Parts department is rude & unwillingly to answer my questions over the phone about a price of a part. Once I mentioned I would be going to someone else for the repair they, suggested I come in and they take a look at my car first before they told me anything. Do not come to this dealership, do not get repairs from here either. I am sure they are up to no good behind those doors to make more money. Grapevine is more trust worthy Audi dealership.
