I commute to Pasadena every day for work and had seen large camp vans with Camp Shi'ini logos driving kids. So when my son was old enough, I called the camp and inquired about their program. The OWNER himself answered the phone and took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. In today's day and age, that is extremely rare, and I was impressed from the get-go. When my son came home from camp on the first day, he was so excited to tell me all about the adventures he had experienced. He had gone canoeing, participated in a treasure hunt, done arts and crafts, swam, and made new friends on the first day. I eventually got to meet his counselors and they both were awesome. We are returning to Camp Shi'ini again this summer full time! Their quality of care is very elite. And the fact that the owners are at the camp managing it speaks volumes. I highly recommend Shi'ini.
