Ivy seemed very experienced and gave very good customer service. The charges for repairing my chip were reasonable as well, MUCH cheaper than replacing the whole windscreen. If I get anymore chips, I'll take it straight here again. I had slight trouble finding the place but after calling was told to go to the driveway at the traffic lights.
