Worst experience this time with lotus. I had purchase cooler and water pump of new cooler purchase is not working. I thought they sold me second sale products and not genuine and original product as it not good that at the time of Initial purchase product is not working. They are also taking good margin and high rates then market of 5-10% approx. Not happy with the shopping experience this time. Also when service executive come they also check and change the switch too. Bad product delivered. Attached bill n product for referance
