Took 30 minutes to get luggage, and when it arrived half of the passenger bags were wet. When I asked why that was at the baggage counter, the lady had an attitude and said only damaged bags were covered. Since she she didn't answer my question, I repeated it, and was told abruptly she didn't know why, since it's not raining...
