I ordered over $1300 worth of product online and apparently this is not a reliable way to order. The order was placed on Thurs. 3/21 before 8:00 AM and I have yet to receive my pool paint. - 3/25. They lost the order and no one over the weekend was able to help and a supervisor would not talk to me. They charged my Credit Card - funny how that always happens, but no product. We will see how long it takes to arrive. This is the last time I will use this company - they just needed me to get off the phone. Go somewhere else - there are plenty of places online who value customer service and making things right.
